rhagaha age regression

Agere has been getting more comforting to me and I've been having more panic attacks recently kinda wanting to voluntarily regress and wanna have maybe more content on it so others relate. if i do plan to do that would it be ok if I do it here I dont wanna bother anyone
My agere age is closer to 3-5 not relly sure i dunno how to mentally calculate sorry
