I Need to Rant

So... my roommate [i]THINKS[/i] that the heater isn't working so she just turnt off the whole system. Ill let you know its like -3 degree F outside. Im not sure how to turn it back on because this is a pretty old system we have here. Or why she turnt the entire thing off. Even if it wasn't working properly something is better than nothing. But she hasn't really left the apartment in three days so I don't think she understands truly how cold it is outside. But now its freezing in my apartment. What is up with all the people I live around😓 I mean the heating systems takes breaks. It doesn't run forever! So you just turn it off because the aprtment dropped a few degrees?!? Im gonna freeze to death😵
I can't wait until my lease ends...😑
