Do you know the feeling when you're the youngest in the house and sometimes when there's an argument, you can't talk back even if your point is correct because you can't talk back to elders, it's just, it's so toxic to have a family like this, you can't speak for yourself because it might be wrong since you're just a kid and they're older than me.

@itnotme I had to be homeless a shorter period when I realized the same was happening to me. I was 26 when it happened , yet they treated me as 12 and kept me locked in like Cinderella. No thanks.

@itnotme I had friends nearby thankfully and stayed with a guy who I shared bedroom with a few weeks. He lived with his mom. And it didn't work out cause he got feelings for me and I had no feelings for him. But we went to a party and there I met someone who rented a room.

@itnotme I would have survived on the streets too.

As a woman it's easier to get help, someone who wanna rent a room or let you stay on their couch etc. There's also women shelters. And women's support therapy for free here and someone there could probably help me too.

I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't do drugs. I'm an easy person to deal with and I look sweet and kind. Last time I went there I got new clothes and bathing products from them. Many donate money there so there's always help available.

I'm in the right country too, I wouldn't wanna be homeless in the US.

@itnotme point is. I wouldn't have survived staying under the mental abuse. Don't underestimate abuse, of any kind. It drew me suicidal and if I was alone maybe I would have ended my life
