"My trauma is more traumatic than yours because I'm the only important one!" Is the logic for many that brag or even humblebrag about it.

They're probably narcissistic if they are doing that.

I mean, sure, I talk about my abuse around here... but I know that others have it worse than I do and I'm not a fan of "Xxx is worse than yyy". I get enough of that in real life.

Usually, I'm looking for advice if I'm posting about it or just trying to show others that I understand their experience even if I haven't gone through a particular attack.
