I Need to Rant

I have a disagreement with the SW staff..

It's not our block list that slow down the servers.. It's all the fake annoying trolls that clog up the site that need to be removed in the first place..

It's highly unpleasant to not be able to deal with such aggravating annoyances properly..

How would you select a troll to be removed, and what would prevent them coming back? That is the issue really.
