I Need to Rant
Honestly, why are people so rude nowadays? I was in the middle of my music theory lesson where I was doing my practise exam. My teacher laughed at my mistake and told her student to look at my answer. The student laughed and my teacher was like, "why are you laughing?" The whole time, that student had this offensive grin on her face.
During the lesson, my teacher asked what marks I got in my subjects in front of her student. I told her my report card was mainly composed of B's and some A's. I asked why and she said, "ahh nahhh I was just curious but I'm not going to tell you the reason". It seemed to me as if she wanted to humiliate me in front of her student, and thought I got bad grades at school based on the mistakes I make in music theory. I looked at her and said, "my grades have nothing to do with music theory". After that statement, she didn't say anything else.
But seriously, laughing at people's mistakes in music theory is just ridiculously immature.
