Yes, usually women as they are impossible to understand if you are a man.
Some people are easy though. Those who say, you can trust me. Which means of course you can’t.
Then there are team players , who invariably keep things to themselves, to further their careers.
And our course your second in Faculty, who sees their role to undermine you, and believes they can do your job better than you. Which is course why they remain as your deputy for years and never move on elsewhere to show their talents.
