how can i meet women at my age with my problems

i'm at clear disadvantages, i'm 46 had social anxiety all my life and don't have very much self confidence...i live alone with my only support being my elderly parents who live miles away....my ambition is still to find a partner, a nice woman but how will that happen when i have these challenges and disadvantages?
