I Enjoy Meaningful Conversations
'Hi' 'How are you?' I'm tired of those conversations. I like interesting conversations.

For me, and when here or other internet places. When someone (mostly males) send me a message that begins with, hi, hey, you look pretty, is that you n the picture, blah blah blah. With nothing of sustenance in it. I can assume that they are lazy and attempting a hit me up. If the message begins with hi, how are you, what do you think, what does ____ mean, did you really mean to say, or any other thought provoking conversation. I'll pick up the topic and joyfully have a conversation.
I think though that lots of people message back and forth like they are speaking on the telephone. With polite back and forth banter to start a conversation. The lag in that kind of message is what I find annoying.
Messenger: hi how are you? (Send)
Me: hello, fine (send)
Good gawd this is like tedious. We are on the Internet, it's like you are writing a letter to someone. Fill the message with complete thought and subject before hitting the send button,
