Conversation with Multiple Perspectives

Having conversation with multiple perspective is like combining them and shifting from one perspective to another in fraction of a second to conclude something AND using them at the right moment AND putting them into limited words AND using a very simple language AND yet keeping it short AND within the context of the conversation AND yet hoping that the person will at least have knowledge of some of the perspectives involve in the conversation AND yet feeling of not satisfying with it because you could have add more perspectives into it AND ultimately fear of being misunderstood.

Unfortunately, many people on SW are incapable of examining/accepting an outside perspective on certain subjects from a rational point of view; they lack the ability to separate their emotions from logical reasoning, and instead jump straight into bashing you, and calling you racist, misogynist, a something-phobe, etc.

They'll make no counterpoint of their own to your argument, then hide behind platitudes while they attack you with nonsensical rhetoric. They may even invite their friends to come and bash you too; the original topic is lost in the confusion and things devolve into a popularity contest...

They'll scrutinize you over your specifics while remaining ambiguous themselves; they'll make baseless, immature assumptions about your character, then equivocate when you get too close to defining theirs...

In short, some people are just a walking contradiction. they don't come to social media to socialize, they come here expecting everyone to kiss their ass and damn anyone who doesn't... 🤔

@wildbill83 It seems they are lacking the empathy and compassion perspectives😄

@Lifeissacred I just don't understand what people think they have to gain (whether on social media or life in general) on the sole attribute of popularity...🤔

emulating others to gain their favor just seems like a pathetic way to go through life to me... 🤷🏻

It appears that you wish to convey something but you seem to have lost the point along the way and delivered an empty box with lots of packing material.

Having conversation with multiple perspective is like

You start as if you are quoting an analogy or metaphor, but you talk about the same thing.. without any likening.

And your grammatical tense is in a different tangent.

Do read and retype.

Having conversation with multiple perspectives is like gaining something which you might have missed in your journey of life.

I think the trickiest thing is exposing someone to different perspectives, while making sure that the language/metaphors/common good etc. is tailored to somehow be relatable to their already existing beliefs/self-concept.

Admittedly, sometimes I can’t be bothered (the Internet). Lol..

@Lifeissacred most people don’t want to change their worldview, though mainly because it’s heavily tied to their own personal identity. Existential crises are unsettling lol. The only way someone’s worldview changes is either through a traumatic event or because the new information is somehow more personally beneficial to them than the old perception.

@WhateverWorks also there are people who are just curious and not letting themselves identified with any perspectives, who are just capable of seeing things without any filters.
WhateverWorks · 36-40
@Lifeissacred well, I can’t say that I believe they’re such a thing ‘without any filters’. Our perceptions, even though we receive other peoples perceptions, is all influenced by our culture, but sure, some people are more curious, and open minded than others.
