Do you think the world is getting to be a better place? Or a worse place? I f you compare it to like 50 years ago is it better or is it worse? I think better what do you?

There is a great Ted talk presentation somewhere that shows the decline of poverty and rise of life expectancy across the world. Say what you will the world is less poor and more healthy with a lot less malnutrition. I will go for better, but I am guessing that will not be the popular opinion here..
