I Love Meaningful Conversations

My pregnancy puts me in the “at-risk” category during COVID-19. I have to stay at home for 12 weeks, without seeing any friends or other family members. The conversations I have with people on this site help to ease my anxiety. 💛

I read a study on line that concludes Chamomile tea really does help relieve anxiety. Bonus: no caffeine. @ineedadrink
