An outsider to the government with no previous political ties in the country. But that is patriotic and upholds the values that built the land. He/she will be a leader not swayed by belief in a specific faith and as a result religion will not influence their agenda. He/she will be a leader who will implement a pre-screening analysis to ensure that those who want to come to his/her country of reign can assimilate to the culture.
