Listening to some old time radio archive tonight

Gunsmoke
Inner Sanctum
Suspense

and from another channel -- THE SHADOW

Oh yeah, puts you in another time period

For next order i might go in for more Western shows instead of Dallas and Dynasty

These are the old Westerns i would get:

Rawhide
Have Gun Will Travel
& Maverick

Maybe some Hopalong Cassidy and the first 2 seasons of THE LONE RANGER, most other shows available from Amazon on disc are either not complete, or too pricey when you gotta buy each season seperately. It has to be a complete series package.

There's a German set for Bonanza, but it's over $300 and the episode list on the cases are in German!!! Buying the official American releases only go to the 11th season too, dagnabbit!!

There's also a Bruce Campbell western that looks nifty, but from the 90's, too gosh darn modern i'm afraid, called -- Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.

And eventually the 5 Gunsmoke movies will be needed even though their modern, like in the 90's cuz it's a part of that whole thing, which i also got a book about too that has a episode guide!!
The Shadow

Dragnet

Johnny Dollar

The Whistler

Our Ms. Brooks

Gunsmoke

Sgt. John of the Yukon and his dog King

Many of which were sponsored by Chesterfield Cigarettes. Duz Soap, and Luster Cream.
Through the signal washouts, bleed-through, and the static; I enjoy the imagery, and magic of the human voice.
Taking us back to an era when radio was.
