What if there's a car parked nearby that ALWAYS has their headlights on?

You go out to get something from your car at 3AM and their lights are on. You go to work at 5AM and their lights are on...anytime it's dark their headlights are on?

@FloorGenAdm No one has reported it? It is weird that the battery still functions after a few hours but no one ever reports an abandoned car?

@SW-User Just walked outside lights STILL on...I guess the people that live there must be their car.
