Oh my goodness, Lord Jesus Christ, please release her of this guilt-demon that is crippling her soul... cause I can’t take reading this anymore. Torturing yourself for FIVE YEARS like this, thats self inflicting emotional pain, dark forces feed off this constant guilt energy. They love it — emotional self torture and drowning it all in alcohol, is a cherry on top of the cake...as they slowly push a person in this dark guilt and self hate toward suicide. Dude, shit happens in life. You regretted, repented, now let it go.

Whoa that is a really good quote. I'm both just like all of us are. Forgiving ourselves is just as important as forgiving others.

I haven’t done many thing that I’m really horrified at, often the little things I overthink.

I can be very hard on myself though 😔 we all make mistakes and can do things that we aren’t proud of.

If the awful is just in your head and not really acted on, it just makes you wish someone will do the deed for you to defend you.
