Logic Binary?

Does electricity choosing the right path in logic chips in AND , OR , xOR, ETC gates mean that electricity is a form of intelligence albeit very low intelligence ??

@krass Yes Mosfets and TTL are presumed to be biased to run with electricity.

@krass Then the questions you ask make little sense.
It isn’t that difficult.
TTL and Fet technology act as switches to implement the boolean logic tables of the gates.
Fets are voltage controlled and transistors are current controlled by the base.
