Does electricity choosing the right path in logic chips in AND , OR , xOR, ETC gates mean that electricity is a form of intelligence albeit very low intelligence ??

Logic (a branch of Math) is at it´s best a representation of what in most cases (certainly not in the physics of circuits) do not depend on knowledge.
