Have you ever seen someone you found so attractive your insides ache?

Not exactly, but I once knew a woman, attractive but not beautiful or anything, who every time she came near me I had an immediate erection. We never had any kind of romantic/sexual relationship or anything, but something about her invariably affected me that way, which she and her friends were aware of.
