An Unforgettable Beauty
Like two speeding cars that meet in the middle of an intersection, seemingly from out of nowhere, you came into my life, as our eyes collide. Countless parts of my heart fly apart in every direction.
For a moment, my mind seemed to stop time as I imagined myself walking up to you.You see me coming over and feeling something truly unique as I do, blushing momentarily and looking away as I get closer and closer
Then, in my mind, our eyes combine, and my hands reach out to your flawless, soft, rounded cheek, radiating in the light. The back of my fingers gently glide across it, and my thumb traces your lips as your eyes close to take it all in.
Our every cell and nerve endings are sparking and spreading this feeling we are sharing, like an invisible arc of electricity between two terminals, using us as the conductive material.
Returning to reality, your bright eyes slice right through mine, and for a second, renders me blinded by your inner light. Then everything speeds up, and I'm back to real life. I'm wondering how now, after seeing you for the first time, I'll ever be able to get you off of my mind.
However, maybe, just maybe, you're not supposed to ever leave it, like so many who have faded in memory but are here to stay. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
