It is, however not normal to the healthy functioning of the creature that has it. It is a defect. Did you know I have bias against other things as well? Because I do. Last month one of the tires on my truck was going flat. I could have been more tolerant but I took the tire to a tire shop and they put a rubber patch on the inside. They ground it rough, used glue on it, stuck that patch on They used a little steel roller wheel to stick it to the glue. That will keep it from every falling off in the life of that tire.
