@BigGuy2 Private businesses have rights, the only criminal I see is you not supporting due process of law. If ice had no warrant and was just profiling, you just wanting someone to be a criminal doesn't make them a criminal.

And if law enforcement is doing something wrong to someone else, they would be the criminals then.

1. You don't know every undocumented immigrants story. Trump removed programs that protected refugees running from countries where they got tortured. They also redefined citizenship, this means that under a tightened definition, anyone can become illegal who were once legal.

Veterans been deported for a drug charge 20 years ago for ptsd before they even knew what ptsd was. Lots of people going to their annual renewal of their green cards. Trump is yanking programs and redefining citizenship.

Your lack of trust in people is noted but it's making you not realize what is happening if you just assume the worst of everyone.

2. Our immigration system is messed up and hasn't been changed in forever. Maybe there would be less undocumented immigrants if we fixed those. But I realize that doesn’t fit trump's narrative or otherwise he'd do it:

Due process ensures we don't live in a society where things like being charged with gnostical turpitude like in the book Invitation to a Beheading doesn't happen. We don't live in a society where you can just make up whatever laws suit you just cos.

It ensures that prison and jail sentencing is fairly done even though when put into practice our law system isn't perfect and even corrupt. There's lots to hate about our law system but due process affords people's rights.

And I mean really? Due process doesn't stop just because you don't like someone, like undocumented immigrants.
