This made me upset and happy at the same time

Basically a restaurant looked out for immigrants by warning everyone silently with a card on their table that ice was driving past. They handed it to everyone regardless of status or race. Then as they were leaving the restaurant had ice knock on their door and the restaurant closed the door on them.

This made me happy that the community is looking out for others but sad that we need to even do this in the first place.

The card is a great idea though, makes me wonder where I can find them just in case

My daughter works for a big law firm that has offices scattered throughout the middle of the country. They had company wide training about ICE after a mixed race associate attorney was picked up. That lawyer was born in Louisiana.

ICE is out of control.

@Crazywaterspring Omg that's terrible. Yeah they ruined a restaurant and I mean big time. I saw it on Instagram, ice basically ruined their machines, tossed over tables, broke glass and dirtied the floors. These people are restaurant owners.

Racists are out of control.
