@markinkansas Me too. And I have spoken against things and made people aware a few times with public articles. And different topics regarding indigenous peoples struggles and rights. And I was actually given a handmaid Lance. And Eagle feather for my work previously published in different venues. I try to do what I can

Very sad It's disgraceful that none of the media venues will pick this story up they will tell you all day long about the suffering and tragedy in some foreign land but when it comes to our people here they are all but ignored history has not changed

@KingofBones1 i am white .. and to be fair white manifest destiny has brought shame to those who care and read history.. if we do not learn from the past we will repeat the same mistakes over and over again.. i know what happened in the boarding schools . why would any one trust a preacher of god when they do that . to erase a culture that has been here longer than we have.. i hope the old ways are not left behind.. and not just in song and verse . put down for all to learn from..

The top Lance is thelance I was gifted however the eagle feather came separate of course because by regulations it had to and it was a gift as you know they cannot be sold transferred or anything else and the one who is gifted must tie it on themselves

@KingofBones1 most people do not know how to do such things any more.. i am a prepper and know some of the skills to live off the land .. still glad i dont have to go threw that hard ship at my age. grin.. and no one to pass my skills to.. so it will fade like i will fade.. dust in the wind
