If we go with your logic then
Hamas killed over 400+ people in Israeli forces on the 7th of October and the civilians were just collateral damage and human shields.

In fact Israel uses civilians as human shields because they let their civilians live close to the largest open air prison in the world
Where they often clash with gaza
Like how they assaulted Gaza in 2022, 2021,2018-2019, 2014, 2007-2008 etc and between those.

In fact the Israeli forces are nestled in civilian areas and the IDF headquarters is in the heart of Tel Aviv so I’m sure there is no moral problem with Hamas or any other entity to bomb those civilian areas because the IDF uses them as human shields right ?
