Are you honest

If someone asks you to rate them between 1 to 10 n you seriously don't think they are even a 5 how much would you rate them keeping emotions etc aside?

If someone ASKS to be rated...........they are not people worth rating. They are egomaniacs that need praise. Anyone "rateable" are told they are cool and don't need to ask others.
