That’s true but there are just fears you can’t face and then there are phobias and panic attacks beyond your control. Difference

@Nobody00 Nothing is in your control ever. Trying to unsuccessfully control your surroundings causes strong fear and panic. I have struggled with PTSD and it takes time to realize you are causing your own problems by trying to protect yourself.
