I Admire Honesty And Sincerity

That's how i really feel, though there is also more factors, such as how you go about your honesty.
For example, if someone tries hard to complete something, but aren't quite able to do it up to expectations... do you bluntly and rudely tell them, which might hurt people feelings... or do you take it nice and softly and try to break it softly to them?
There are different forms of honesty... I like honesty a lot, but I don't like being being rude, or jerks even if they're being honest... treat others with respect as well and break negative items without hurting people if you can.
