Do you agree, that charities that bring food to the impoverished should only give vegetarian/vegan food?

How can you be a good charity while killing animals?

People are desperately hungry. They eat what they can so they don't starve.
If you were desperate you wouldn't care about weird dietary requirements.
Do you know what it's like to starve? I don't mean to just be very hungry... I mean actually starve. It is physically painful amongst other things. Once you get to a certain point, if it is edible it is FOOD. You would be amazed what you would do for the sake of survival and sustenance.

@H1raeth well ,from a man for all seasons,More: And when we die, and you are sent to heaven for doing your conscience, and I am sent to hell for not doing mine, will you come with me, for fellowship?

to eat anything...something has to die. the fruits and vegetables just die silently. does this fact make eating more ethical??
No. Some animals are a food source and some people are carnivorous or omnivorous. Until that changes and everyone is vegan, it would make no sense to dictate based upon the food choices of only certain people, especially for those who are basically starving.

Totally disagree.
