Does anyone use maintenance as part of their discipline routine?

Well I do not see the point of maintenance spanking because if the person dies something wrong they are going to get spanked .That being said how does one spank someone to prevent a spanking when you just spanked them. I think we need to hear from people you get maintenances spankings and let them tell us if maintenance spankings work or a waste of time.
