the struggle to keep my flat tidy

[c=003BB2][i]i have mental problems and struggle to keep my flat clean and tidy and dust free, i live alone and my living quarters are cluttered and untidy at the mo....my elderly parents live an hour away and can't get up to help at the moment, and they are the only support system i have....what should i do?

i live on the 3rd floor of a 4 story block of flats.[/i][/c]
