I was useful today for once

I don't know about the rest of you men but feeling needed and useful is hard to come by. Sure it was just my brother and his gf but nice all the same. Simple coolant leak preventing them from going on a little excursion to a big city. They almost called a mechanic but I offered to do it free. All I did was replace the overflow hose for their coolant, they've never done car work before so they were freaking out a bit. And that is a small part of my motivation for improving myself both physically and mentally, so I can be that guy people rely on.
