Communicating in English.
Ability to just leave without offending anyone.
Budging in with my unsolicited opinion without getting annoyed or confused stares. 😂
Actually, the lack of relationship itself is awesome. The mere ability to react to thoughts or jokes without necessarily being in any kind of relationship with the person who tells them. You can't do it in real life? Are you in a country where English is not widely spoken?Rest is true. There is a genuine need for freedom of opinion and speech.

@Renkon I could if I deliberately searched for foreigners to talk to. There used to be some events at one pub where you had a chance to train your language if you wanted to but I don't know if it still exists. It was before pandemic. Otherwise no, English is not spoken.

@CrazyMusicLover You are right.
Interacting with native speakers is the best approach to become acquainted with a language. When you speak with someone face to face, the emotions, tones, and thoughts involved enrich your language.

@CrazyMusicLover I think this pretty much sums most of it up for me. Minus the English. That’s everywhere here lol
