Helping you along to figure out who am I (3)

Being anxious all the time. Looking back on my life my only piece of advice to everyone would be to work on yourself first. I suffer from dyslexia and anxiety. It's hell being me, or rather having my brain. I have my faith and prayer as in saying the same words over and over again which help me to move. It's very much like Buddhist chant and it helps me enormously day in day out. Atleast I'm not hiding away any more. Moreover, try also to work on your positives first. Try to find five things that will keep you going and your brain busy. That's a good way to get out of the hole in the first place. Could be walking, could be a hobby, could be studying, etc. Why? Because it's getting oneself past the constant impression that one is less than the other people in any room. That will get you atleast to say something and be someone. I'm a living work in progress, and I'm far from getting it all together as yet. No, I'm not Blunt, but blunt about anything and anyone

I have chronic anxiety myself. I'm quite certain we interacted long ago and perhaps my sensitivities hindered things, but never fear reaching out.馃

@MoonlightLullaby That's alright. I'm not the most social cat around. Didn't we clash on Keats once?

@val70 I'm not really sure, but we can move forward.馃槉

@MoonlightLullaby Sure. Don't mind me. I'm way too complicated. You know that with aging my dyslexia is almost hampering my job now too

@MoonlightLullaby Cheer up. There's plenty things around to keep on smiling
