I Enjoy Helping Others

I enjoy helping others a lot as much as I can whether i can with advice or encouraging words.I am very grateful when people help me do everyday basic things due to my recovery and chronic back pain, I have a nurse assistant who helps me a lot since I can't even stand back up from a chair on my own. The pain is intense and she also helps me adjust all my braces for the most support I can get.
