I Believe Heart-to-heart Conversations Solve Everything

I am curious.. :) why so?

They tend to focus on emotions, not taking (or refraining from) action.

Isn't brain works on memory..which is hindrance to action?
One wonders if emotions are part of heart. Then what are feelings?

I'm saying that talking about feelings doesn't usually automatically present a way to improve anyone's life. Sharing feelings alone doesn't improve anything.

Oh yes..one has to observe the movement of feelings,reactions,thoughts.. Inside out..perhaps then we get the perception which gives clarity in a moment ..any delay messes feelings..because we have been taught to take time even for feeding..
