I Love Heart To Heart Conversations

I am alone in this world and so are you. You are born into this world alone and you shall leave it alone leaving with only the memories of your existence.

You can rely upon no one and you can count upon nothing. No one will ever truly be like you, no one will ever truly see things the way you do. You are a walking camcorder but you can only share those special moments you see with yourself.

Out there lies a sea of humanity spreading itself out, Each and everyone one an isolated island that you can just see but never truly reach.

Sometimes in these moments the sheer realisation of how truly alone we are, that we cannot depend upon anyone only upon ourselves, that we cannot truly trust anyone, only ourselves and in the end even that there is only one person who can ever truly love you, yourself. Sometimes for a brief moment it all feels too much and I long to reach out and be truly known, to be truly held and understood and understand another.

But only for a moment. This world is cruel, harsh and cold. You are but the briefest of embers that will wallow in the darkness before flickering out. Make sure you burn brightly.

@Raffie yes we love many people but they can not ensure our happiness , its not their job...i agree to love someone and to be loved back is beautiful but it never last...i mean this site is an example...we are all here hoping someone or something will make us feel something...

These three things are all from the Bible. The first one is from the book of James, the latter two from the book of Ecclesiastes. They help me grapple with these things.
