Are generation evolving to be weaker

Society is no longer selecting people primarily for their manual labor abilities. Instead, success is determined by various aspects of intelligence, such as organizational abilities, interpersonal communication, and problem solving.

Brains, not brawn, does the heavy lifting these days. However, evolution operates on timescales of tens of thousands of years, so the gene pool has probably not altered very much.

I watched a documentary on YouTube that said we are getting weaker and our brains are getting smaller.
