Why is good bye so much easier than lets hang in?

Do people just love other peoples loneliness and heartbreak so much they just want more and more of it in the world? Is that whats really going on with that BS?? Who is simply that smugly rich they can just stay that way????????????

If I'm understanding your question right, I guess they say goodbye because they don't want to continue hanging with toxic people. That could be one reason but I do feel they should give a reason why they're leaving, at least.

@LadyGrace no need, I always know the reason. In this case esp cause Ive seen it so much before, certain humans come around and you are good 4 ...say their hangup...have a grasp of it and without it what a nice friendship ... then presto no ones there.Thats what I meant though obviously it could mean almost anything...what I mean is too many people seem to want to be..kinda discovered, and so you do and they can see that, and so then u find out they are just lost and dont mean anything on any level, but that begs the question, how to discover meaning in life let alone a tad of human companionship when thats your mill grist. Loneliness can be worse.
