Ummm….I’m going with noisy…. The loudest ones usually have the least to say 🤔

Besides, I’m rather nosy myself. It’s just part of my ‘charm’ !!!! 😉

I would have to say Noisy, definitely not Nosey.

Hmm, it depends on how noisy, and my state of mind, how well I can cope with those people. But nosey people are always annoying.
