What do you think when you drive through a student town...

..and see all the multicoloured hair and also many of them have tattoos too?

At the student town which I drive through often, it's enough to make one quite despondent for the prospects of the next generation.

I don't drive through students town but whenever I see what you're describing I think of art schools. If there's more than two such persons in a group you can tell they come from the local art high school. I find it pretty funny, actually.
