I don't understand these human stampedes

@meggie You're right, from what I read. They can't stop pushing because there's so many pushing them. So horrible.

@DDonde I just read more about it, and the article said that when a "population density" occurs (when they say 'dense' they mean 1.2 people per square foot!) people literally cannot breathe - not enough room for the lungs to expand. He said, "People don't die because they panic, they panic because they're dying."

Puts a different slant on it.
