I don’t have a title !!

I click and I search and go where I know would bring me heartache .
The kind of knowledge that I seek is really not power .
It’s pure pain :(

I can get sad and deep sometimes ….usually after looking up things and people that I know I shouldn’t lookup 😅

Sadness is not always a bad thing , it’s sometimes good for reflection . Kind of a way forward to ,like a clearing of thoughts 💭. Myself I always feel uplifted after an episode 😊
