Isn't it easier to just take a break than completely leave? I wonder if some feel anxious when they leave social media? I guess some of us might get more sleep, be less stressed.

@CastorTroy I know in this particular instance it was family problems that's forcing him to leave.
Sometimes you just need to get away from everything in order to try and make changes.
I guess deleting your account saves you the temptation of logging in again, and being distracted.
