Does experience matter more than theories or beliefs?

Put it this way,

There's a rickety bridge you need to cross, are you going to believe:

a) the person who tells you that logically the structure looks strong,

b) the person who believes it
Is strong,

c) the person who just walked across it and knows it is strong.

?

@BoobooSnafu I didn't intentionally do that so if you feel aggrieved at that fact I sincerely apologise
@Lust4Life well thank you,
But that doesn't stop the fact im crying does it.

Please be more careful in future...we have damage on some way.

And some come here to get away from it...if only for a while.

@BoobooSnafu Well, I'm animated by how so many effectively pat the people who tried raping me but raped and killed my girlfriend on their backs, like they're valuable members of the human race!
Yes, but a combination is even better.

Not more maybe but if you don’t test your beliefs and theories with some experience how will you know if they are even slightly correct?
Lust4Life · 26-30, F
Thank you for your words. I have experienced what I say, I know about the Muslim migrant crisis first hand. My girlfriend was raped and killed by them!

Yes, true...but theories are important to understand surface but reality may be different than what we read in theories.

Yes it does, but knowledge leads to quality experience with lesser mistakes.
Absolutely. Words don't teach. Only life experience teaches.

Yes it does. But it even more better with facts.

It all matters
DownTheStreet · 51-55, M
@Lust4Life are you in Sweden? Good friend there reports the migration plan has been a disaster
Lust4Life · 26-30, F
@DownTheStreet I have been to both Malmo and Stockholm a number of times!
DownTheStreet · 51-55, M
@Lust4Life what a terrible experiment this has been
Deadish · 31-35, M
Yes, for me. They inspire theories.
