@CastorTroy poor R wave progression on ECG is defined by 3 or less mm R wave in lead V3. It is normal in females.
T wave inversion in V3 is also normal in females.
Either way, if age is 50 and above, assume a cardiac issue and monitor accordingly. Monitor for stress response blunting.

When asking for hypothyroidism, also ask if the person feels sleepy and tired often. It might mean that they could have a delayed recovery from anaesthesia.
