@emilyuk: One thing I can think of is reporting that fake profile because I don't see that person fessing up.

@emilyuk: Thats good! Then you've done what you can and the best we can do is wait and hope now. You must feel very violated. I know I would. SW is usually good at getting back to you on reports even if it takes some time. So try to hold out. You have my support.
