What Do You See That I Don't?

I've seen this banner at the top of several profiles.

But the profile looks okay to me - looks like the same person in all the pictures - doesn't look weird or suspicious to me in any way.

How could the account have received several reports regarding its identity when it looks so "normal?" What tips people off that the user isn't who the account says it is?
