No. Some people are only available at certain times.

Based off the information given I’m going to say no. Because I don’t know why or what the situation is. Besides that unless it’s someone I consider really close it wouldn’t really bother me at all.

Not really .Most of us have tons of things to do in our offline lives so that makes us available only at a certain time.
