I have a psychiatrist who lied about me so he would not get fired...

I am so depressed and suicidal from this. He lied about me so he wouldn't get fired. What do I do now? I'm in a country where nothing is functioning.

Report him to his higher ups or just find a different psychiatrist and talk to them about what happened and how your feeling
